Long time no write…..well that’s what happens when it’s the Holidays. I’m soo busy! if I haven’t told you yet; I’m a total Holiday nerd. I get into every Holiday you can imagine, but Christmas is #1 on my list. I love to decorate and make you feel like your walking into Santa’s village. I love going out and seeing all the lights and holiday decorations. I thrive on all the treats and drinks that go with the season. Seeing how happy people are from Thanksgiving to New Years. Its the best energy! Going to parties and seeing family. Oh, it’s the greatest time of the year. Us Bellas make the most of the season, we get sooo into it. I forget about sleep and embrace every second.
Our December went fast! We started as you know in Afghanistan. When we got back we enjoyed a trip to the wine country; Beautiful Sonoma County! The weather was perfect, the wine was delicious, and Tony Bennett was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better trip. From the wine country we headed into Colache Country. My legal last name is Garcia-Colace, the colace is my Italian side and we call ourselves The Colaches. We make it fun we headed to Brawley, CA where a majority of our family live and we had our 19th annual Drummer Boy dinner. The most special dinner to me. It’s a dinner in memory of my grandfather, Pop-Pop. He was the most amazing, beautiful soul, happiest person you could ever meet. Since we were little kids he would take us around his house in a march to the drummer boy and point out all of his nativity sets. It was a precious moment for me. That moment continues ever year. I marched to the drummer boy, enjoyed homemade Italian meat balls then headed to NYC to see the tree at Rockefeller Center, meet my girls at the Plaza for Christmas cocktails then enjoyed a fabulous jazz show by Steve Tyrell. Hello Chi Town! I met Nikki and Mama Bella in Chicago to top off our Christmas. We spoiled ourselves with massages, great dinners, a little shopping and of coarse the Nutcracker. After tv in Chicago we headed on our way to the Holiday Tour….enjoyed the garden, the burg, DC and Hartford to only end this magnificent month and year in good ole’ New York City. I threw the classic black dress, diamond necklace and fur jacket on, then celebrated the new year with friends, Nikki and a great bottle of Champagne. Did I have a New Year’s Kiss……….NO!! Can you believe it! Maybe I’ll have better luck next year!
I hope you all had a great Holiday season the way I enjoyed mine and I hope the New Year is good to you. Remember as Mama Bella would say, “No Regrets!” Live it up, you only have one life to live
If your wondering what my new year’s resolutions are…. well it’s a long list….
1. Get Healthier….eat better and work out more (typical I know, but I truly enjoyed the holidays if you know what I mean lol)
2. Paint more…I’ve been so busy that I just don’t do it, I’ll be better this year.
3. Not to always rush, take more breaths, enjoy more moments and not let life go by so quickly.
4. Pray more. I wasn’t as good as I wanted to be this year.
5. Lastly, Save! Lol I’m good, but I could use a plan
Send in your New Year’s Resolution so I can check out yours!
Also Nikki says for number 6. I need to write: We will be better at fan questions!! Yes we will!
Happy New Year to our Bella Army,
Brie

As you all know I went over to Afghanistan with the Chairman himself, Vince McMahon, Kofi Kingston and Nikki. I had such an amazing time! It sounds crazy I know, but it was such a life experience for me. The media here in the States shows us the negativity of every situation. I don’t know about you, but it’s hard not to have a bad taste in your mouth on war in the middle east. I’m so grateful that I had the honor to see with my own eyes how much good we are doing there.
To see and experience the building of bases; being built for Afghans to learn how to defend themselves. Watching our American Troops teach them to build and train their own military. Protecting the children from Taliban and my favorite was to see the huge coalition. I had the privilege of meeting Italian and Spanish soldiers as well. I flew in Black Hawks from base to base, checked out Apache jets and flew in C-130′s. I visited ruins and local little gift shops on base. Every meal I got to enjoy the company of Soldiers, hearing about their families and the things they miss in the States. I was able to tour around the bases and see every working section. I was blown away by all the different jobs! My favorite section was the K9 unit. Omg! The dogs were precious! They work so hard and are so smart. I was lucky enough to hold a hawk and see how important that animal is to our Air Force
.
This trip really humbled me……Not that i needed it, but it did It put a lot of things in perspective. All the little things I worry about seemed silly to think about over there. To have hundreds and thousands of Troops sacrificing their families, hobbies, enjoyments and time to keep us safe. I might have enjoyed the trip more than expected because I knew I was coming home in 9 days. The soldiers are there for 6 months to a year and I’m beyond impressed! I don’t know if I could do what they do, it truly says a lot about our fellow Americans volunteering to go.
It makes me feel good that I work for a company that appreciates the men and women who serve our country. I get real excited every year for Tribute to the Troops. To finally be able to give back to the people who give so much.
Make sure the next time you see a military soldier you thank them. Nikki and I always do. Granted men in uniforms are hot! But we always love showing our appreciation to all the men and women!
Thank you Troops.
Much love to all the men, women and dogs in Afghanistan…..you’re in my thoughts and prayers.
Xxoo,
Brie

What a great experience I had visiting West Point! Not only are there many stunning men in uniforms, but the campus is absolutely beautiful. I didn’t realized how long ago it was built, let alone know that George Washington created West Point. I was blown away that Eisenhower and MacArthur graduated from there. I truly enjoyed my time!
Nikki and I ran the obstacle course, which was very difficult. I give the Cadets a lot of credit doing the course in such quick times. So Impressed!! We got an amazing introduction in the Mez Hall and had a great lunch with all the men and women. The one thing that stuck out to me was how Patriotic this school made me feel. It made me realize how hard our military have fought for our freedom. How our country came about. It made me proud to be an American. I guess my life gets so crazy that I never truly stop to think how lucky I am to live in such a great place. When I see Soldiers in the airports I’m always so grateful for what they do……
Every Thanksgiving I say how thankful I am for my family, but this year I’m grateful for being able to live in this great country.
Love to the WHOLE World,
Brie

I know Birthdays are only one day, but Bella style they last one week
So now I’m going to tell you about Nikki and my fantastic week as Birthday girls! We celebrated our week in the best city in the world, New York. Tuesday night we unpacked from the Raw UK tour and Boston tv….we made my cute little apartment into a fun dressing room. We hung up all of our cute outfits and laid out our party gear. Tuesday was our hydrate and sleep night. We wanted to make sure we were rested and hydrated for the week. Wednesday came and I made Nikki an amazing egg white breakfast then we had a killer workout. Our girlfriends surprised us to a hipster dinner then off to a champagne wine bar. They were playing our favorite, Frank Sinatra. After wednesday set the mood, we decided to treat ourselves to 5th Avenue shopping. After sun glasses, shoes and a couple cute shirts we ended up at NoBu with our Upper East Side friends, another celebration down Then the sun came up Friday and Nikki and I broke a great sweat then we let ourselves get lost in the city. We took in the great Fall day and people watched. One of our closest friend insisted to make us an Italian feast, he said it was a pre birthday dinner. Oh did we FEAST!!! It was Bon Appetit! Quickly came Saturday and we did a signing at KMart where we saw many of the WWE Universe. Soooo fun! Easy night at home to get ready for MSG. Having Madison Square Garden in my Birthday week was a treat. The show was awesome, we ROCKED it! Now it’s Monday November 21st and we are headed to Hershey, PA. Nikki and I talked the entire way of our 28 years here on planet earth and how many great memories we have……also how many more we are going to make in our next 28 years….
Everyone has been toasting me the last week so here’s my toast….
Thank you to all of our fans for being a great part of our many memories….all your birthday wishes touched Nikki and I and we are so grateful!!
Love you all…
Your Birthday Girl,
Brie Xxoo
