Interesting anecdote from ROH star, Colt Cabana on his latest Art of Wrestling podcast.
Cabana claims that while he was in WWE’s developmental territory a few years ago along with the Bella Twins, Brie and Nikki threatened to quit the company if they weren’t called up to the main roster.During a discussion about his time in WWE with guest Joey Ryan, Cabana said: “They called up the office and said: ‘Hey, if we don’t go on the road we’re quitting’. And the next day, they’re on the road.”
He then added that he would have probably been fired for the same stunt: “I don’t wanna do that. If I call up and say, ‘Put me on the road or I’m quitting’, I’m gone.”

The Bellas recently visited YMCA Las Artes de Maricopa County in their home state of Arizona as part of WWE’s Get R.E.A.L program. Nikki & Brie enjoyed looking at student artwork and speaking about becoming successful WWE Divas.

After Raw The Bellas had their double date with their dream man Daniel Bryan and his rookie Derrick Bateman. Nikki was less impressed by Derrick who was focused more on texting, Nikki and Brie got into an agrument and Derrick flip the table over and stormed off causing Daniel to go after him and Brie upset with Nikki.

Mark Henry & United States Champion Daniel Bryan w/ The Bellas vs Tyson Kidd & Ted DiBiase w/ Maryse
Ted and Daniel start things off, the two lock up with Daniel getting a side headlock on Ted. Ted backs Daniel up against the ropes and pushes out of the lock. Daniel runs the ropes, jumping over the diving DiBiase. Ted jumps as Daniel hits a dropkick. Ted backs up against the turnbuckle as Daniel starts to kick Ted’s chest repeatedly until Ted is down on the canvas. Daniel’s attention is now to an approaching Tyson Kidd, Tyson backs off and Daniel goes back to Ted, Ted pushes Daniel out of the ropes causing Daniel to fall out. Ted gets the referee’s attention while Tyson kicks Daniel down. Ted gets out of the ring and kicks Daniel in the head, he then throws Daniel back in the ring and gets a one count pinning predicament.
Ted tags in Tyson, Ted then holds Daniel’s arms back as Tyson kicks him, Tyson then slams Daniel’s head on the turnbuckle and begins a kicking assault on Daniel. Tyson gets the referee’s attention as Ted chokes out Daniel. Tyson tags in Ted and holds his side for Ted to kick Daniel in the ribs. Ted with a side headlock, Daniel gets to his feet after a minute or two and starts jabbing his elbow into Ted’s stomach, Daniel runs the ropes, Ted follows and stops trying to hit a clothesline on Daniel, but Daniel doesn’t let him as he stops as well, running the ropes again and hits a clothesline. Daniel tags in Mark while Ted tags in Tyson. Mark with a clothesline on Tyson, Mark with two headbutts on Tyson, Tyson crawls away to the turnbuckle. Mark charges going for a chest slam, but Tyson gets out of the way. Tyson and Ted hit a double drop kick, but didn’t knock Henry down. Mark clotheslines Ted, as Tyson ducks and Daniel gets Tyson’s attention, Mark then clotheslines Tyson and hits the Worlds Strongest Slam for the pinfall.
Winners: United States Champion Daniel Bryan & Mark Henry
